Will my clients ever see CodexaCloud?
No. The panel, the nameservers and the outgoing email are all branded as you. We only ever contact you, never your clients — and we'll never solicit them.
Do I need my own billing system?
Not to start. The panel lets you create and manage accounts by hand, which is fine for the first dozen clients. When you outgrow that, the API and the WHMCS/Blesta modules automate it.
What happens if a client exceeds their limits?
The account is throttled, not suspended, and you get an alert so you can upsell or investigate. You decide what happens next — we don't contact the client.
Can I get volume pricing?
Yes. Past roughly 50 active accounts the economics change and we'd rather share that than lose you. Get in touch and we'll quote against your actual usage.
What support do my clients get?
You're tier one — you own the client relationship. Behind you, our team handles anything platform-level, and we aim for a first response inside 15 minutes on the Agency Plus plan.
