How is the PKR price calculated?
We publish PKR prices at a fixed internal rate of about 290 to the dollar rather than repricing daily. We review it periodically, and if it changes your existing invoices and renewals are honoured at the rate you signed up on for that billing term.
Are the servers physically in Pakistan?
No — our infrastructure is in well-connected international data centres, which in practice gives Pakistani visitors better routing and far better uptime than most locally-hosted options. If you need in-country hosting for a regulatory reason, tell us and we'll say honestly whether we can help.
Do you issue a proper invoice for my business?
Yes. Every payment produces a numbered invoice with your business name and NTN if you provide it, downloadable as a PDF from the client area.
Can you move my site from a local host?
