Isn't email already included with hosting?
Yes — every hosting plan includes mailboxes, and for most small teams that's genuinely enough. These plans exist for when you need more storage, archiving, shared mailboxes or ActiveSync, or when you want email on a domain you don't host with us.
Can you move my mail from Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Yes, at no charge. We copy the full mailbox including folder structure, then run both in parallel until you're satisfied before changing the MX records.
How is this billed?
Per mailbox, per month, with a discount for annual payment. Add and remove mailboxes whenever you like — changes are prorated.
What's the sending limit?
500 recipients per hour per mailbox, which suits normal business correspondence. Bulk newsletters should go through a dedicated sending service — we'll help you set one up rather than have your domain reputation suffer.
Do you keep backups of my mail?
Mail is stored redundantly and backed up daily with 30-day retention. Deleted items can be recovered from the panel for 30 days without opening a ticket.
