Transferring a domain to us adds a year to its registration at our normal rate. Moving it away later is free and unobstructed.

Domain questions
Do I have to host with you to register a domain?
No. Register the domain here and point it wherever you like — you get full nameserver and DNS control either way.
Why is the renewal price higher than the first year?
For some TLDs the registry sets a low promotional rate for the first year and a standard rate afterwards. We show both prices up front so you can decide with the real number in front of you.
How long does a transfer take?
Typically five to seven days for .com and similar TLDs — most of that is the mandatory registry waiting period, not us. Unlock the domain at your current registrar and have the EPP code ready to start.
What about .pk domains?
We register .pk and .com.pk alongside everything else. They follow PKNIC's rules, which differ slightly from global TLDs — notably on transfers and renewals — and we'll flag anything relevant at checkout.
Can I get a refund on a domain?
Registry fees are non-refundable once a domain is registered, so domains are the one exception to our money-back guarantee. Check the spelling carefully before you confirm.
Already own the domain?
Transfer it in and we'll add a year to the registration at our standard rate — and move your DNS across for you.
